Marketing & Content Coordinator

Proactively managing a variety of marketing initiatives, the full-time remote Marketing & Content Coordinator will coordinate podcast production, write engaging scripts and marketing copy, and oversee video production workflows while ensuring timely project completion during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Key Responsibilities Coordinate podcast production, including guest outreach, scheduling, and content approval Write engaging scripts for partner highlights, business fundamentals, and marketing copy Manage video production processes, ensuring quality control and timely publication of content Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related fields Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills tailored for a U.S. audience Experience in podcast coordination and video production Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow established processes Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating effectively with various stakeholders Virtual Vocations Inc
