This role will assist in managing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid media, and web, while helping track performance and optimize results.### **What You’ll Do*** Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and paid channels.* Support content creation and distribution for social platforms, newsletters, and digital advertising.* Maintain and update websites and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.* Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports and dashboards for the marketing team.* Coordinate with internal stakeholders on creative assets, timelines, and deliverables.* Research digital trends, competitors, and best practices to provide recommendations for optimization.* Support SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, metadata updates, and performance monitoring.* Assist with marketing automation workflows and CRM database management.* Provide administrative and project management support to the marketing team as needed.### **What Sets You Apart*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.* 1–3 years of digital marketing or marketing coordination experience.* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation software.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.* Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.* Interest in digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.* Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot, CLaude); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.### **Why MJH Life Sciences*** Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package* Opportunity to contribute to digital growth strategies in a dynamic and innovative organization* Collaborative and high-energy culture* Professional development and career growth opportunities**Compensation Range**: $50,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
