Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate Job Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day) Job Summary We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage Shopify website and social media presence, with a strong focus on Pinterest, content optimisation, SEO, and brand consistency. The role suits a detail-oriented and aesthetically driven marketer who can independently manage digital content, scheduling, performance tracking, and ongoing website updates. Key Responsibilities Website Management - Shopify Upload and curate project imagery across the website gallery. Apply SEO best practices, structured tagging, and naming conventions. Upload and format blog content, including categorisation and search optimisation. Create and manage products, including imagery, descriptions, variants, and backend configuration. Maintain a smooth customer journey from product discovery through checkout. Ensure website content remains organised, accurate, and visually consistent. Social Media Management Manage content across Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Upload imagery and create optimised titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata. Apply Pinterest SEO strategies to improve organic discovery and reach. Curate Pinterest boards in line with company's visual identity and project categories. Schedule and publish content across social platforms. Format captions, credits, tags, and mentions appropriately for each platform. Select suitable music for social content, following brand guidance. Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and ensure content reflects company's tone and visual direction. Social Listening & Performance Monitor relevant trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour. Analyse content performance and use insights to improve future content. Track key social and digital metrics and provide regular performance reporting. Brand Management Apply company's brand guidelines across all digital content and assets. Maintain consistency in logo usage, typography, imagery, and other brand elements. Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the overall company brand. Content Creation As the role develops, responsibilities may expand to include: Creating Instagram Reels and simple video content. Light graphic design and content formatting using established brand guidelines. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, communications, or a related role. Proven Shopify experience - essential. Experience with social media scheduling platforms such as Plannable, Later, or Hootsuite. Strong understanding of SEO for both written and visual content. Experience with Pinterest as a strategic marketing platform. Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for light design work. Strong written English and the ability to create polished captions, product descriptions, metadata, and other digital copy. Familiarity with SEMrush and/or Google Analytics is an advantage. Nice to Have Experience with ManyChat or similar chatbot platforms, including setup, flow building, and ongoing management. Familiarity with paid advertising across Meta and/or Google Ads.
