This role sits at the intersection of UX, Product, Marketing, SEO, and Engineering, helping turn strategy into polished, accurate, guest-centered content experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly organized digital operator who understands how content, systems, process, and user experience come together to make every launch better. If you're energized by creating clarity, improving workflows, and making digital content work harder for both guests and the business, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape how CAVA shows up digitally.What You'll Do:Support and operationalize cross-channel digital content initiatives in collaboration with UX, Brand Marketing, Loyalty, Communications, Product, SEO, Copy, and Engineering.Manage day-to-day digital content workflows, including intake, prioritization, timelines, stakeholder coordination, publishing readiness, and post-launch follow-up.Author, update, QA, and publish content in our CMS, Contentful, ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, on-brand, accessible, and aligned to SEO best practices.Partner with UX/UI designers and Engineering to bring digital experiences to life, using tools like Figma, Contentful, Asana, and/or Trello.Coordinate content updates across key digital surfaces, helping ensure consistency across campaigns, product experiences, landing pages, and evergreen content.Support A/B testing and optimization efforts by helping manage content variants and learnings in partnership with Product and Analytics.Maintain strong CMS and asset-management hygiene, including naming conventions, metadata, image usage, documentation, content organization, and publishing processes.Help identify opportunities to improve content operations, CMS workflows, governance, and cross-functional ways of working.The Qualifications:2–3 years of experience managing, authoring, and publishing digital content using CMS tools; Contentful experience strongly preferred.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as UX, Product, Engineering, Brand, Copy, SEO, Marketing, and/or Communications.Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including metadata, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and content structure.Working knowledge of digital accessibility best practices, including WCAG-informed content standards such as alt text, semantic structure, readability, and clear labeling.Comfort working in Figma or a willingness to learn how to navigate design files, export assets, leave comments, review content in context, and collaborate with designers.Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify requirements, document decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned.High attention to detail and strong judgment around content quality, user experience, brand consistency, and publishing readiness.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, HCI, digital media, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.Physical Requirements:· Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment· Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details· Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectivelyWhat we offer:· Competitive salary, plus bonus and long-term incentives*· Early Wage Access! *· Unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, plus paid opportunities to give back to the community· Health, Dental, Vision, Telemedicine, Pet Insurance plus more!· 401k enrollment with CAVA contribution· Company-paid STD, LTD, Life and AD&D coverage for salaried positions*· Free CAVA food· Casual work environment· The opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing brand*Indicates qualifying eligible positions onlyCAVA – Joining "A culture, not a concept"As an equal opportunity employer, CAVA considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, height, weight, marital status, sexual orientation, familial status, genetic information or any other characteristic or protected classes as defined by federal, state, or local law.We run background checks on all new hires in this position.
