About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Pizza Lead to oversee our pizza station during closing shifts. You’ll handle evening production, maintain quality during the dinner rush, complete end‑of‑night prep, and close the kitchen safely and efficiently.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in consistent pizza craftsmanship, and can lead the station independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the pizza station during evening service with accuracy and speed
• Prepare and cook pizzas to recipe and quality standards
• Maintain dough, sauce, and topping levels throughout the shift
• Manage the oven — temperature control, rotation, and timing
• Complete closing duties , including cleaning, breakdown, and equipment shutdown
• Prep ingredients for the next day’s opening shift
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Communicate shift notes to management and the opening team

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pizza Maker , Pizzaiolo , or Line Cook
• Strong understanding of dough handling, topping prep, and oven operation
• Ability to work efficiently during peak dinner hours
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and closing procedures
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
