Compliance And Regulatory Manager

Summary The Compliance And Regulatory Manager leads compliance functions for product labeling and packaging across federal and state levels for the U.S. portfolio, supporting new product launches and ongoing filings. This role maintains regulatory readiness, streamlines compliance processes, manages vendor and counsel relationships, and educates stakeholders while working hybrid from the NYC office. Responsibilities Serve as local expert for brand labeling and packaging compliance. Oversee label review and COLA submission processes. Manage TTB filings including formulas and COLA waivers. Coordinate state filings, registrations, renewals, and distributor appointments. Monitor regulatory and policy developments and assess business impact. Develop and maintain single source of truth for compliance data and tools. Manage outside counsel and vendor relationships for complex compliance issues. Build and update compliance manuals and training materials for stakeholders. Lead continuous improvement projects and collaborate with IT and operations partners. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5 years minimum progressive compliance, logistics, supply chain or operations experience in U.S. wines and spirits. Strong knowledge of the three-tier system at federal and state levels. Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders. Experience managing vendors and external counsel. Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
