Coordinator, Instructional Services

Location: LeRoy Services Center Salary: $60,000-$75,000 Starting Date: September 1, 2026 Expectation/Duties 12 month position Must be willing to travel regionally, statewide, and nationally to participate in high-quality professional learning and session facilitation. Qualifications Permanent or Professional Classroom Teacher Certification. *Pupil personnel services certification does not qualify. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and a proven track record of successful instruction. Preferred Qualifications Secondary Mathematics, Science, or Literacy certification OR Advanced literacy extension/certification (for Science or Reading) OR Special Education certification Preferred Skills and Experience Dynamic educator/presenter with the ability to research, design, and facilitate high-quality, professional learning experiences and school-embedded continuous improvement efforts. Knowledge and understand of NY State standards & practice Sound professional writing/communication and technology skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school improvement team while contributing individual expertise toward shared goals.
