Sales Representative – MCA (Top Commission)

If you’ve closed deals in MCA, you already know what matters.

We’re building a tight, high-producing team and only bringing on 3 additional reps .

Our top reps are consistently funding $1M+ monthly . If you’re producing and not getting the support, payouts, or deal flow you should be — you’ll want to look at this.

We are also open to training the right candidate with prior sales experience. We care more about hunger, work ethic, coachability, and consistency than resumes or degrees. One of our top reps started with no college degree and was trained from scratch — now making over $25K/month in commissions .

What We Offer:

• 30%–40% commission (based on experience — we will beat your current split)
