Reporting directly to the CFO, this position is responsible for period-end close processes, technical accounting under U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting support, tax compliance assistance, audit management, and the development of internal controls and scalable accounting processes to support continued growth. The Corporate Controller directly manages accounting personnel and partners closely with finance leadership to support strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Duties Financial Reporting & Close Process Audit & Internal Controls Tax & Compliance Accounting Operations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and active CPA license required Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including strong exposure to technical accounting and financial reporting Minimum 3 years of Controller, Assistant Controller, or accounting leadership experience managing accounting personnel Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP accounting standards Strong background in public company financial reporting, SEC filings, and regulatory compliance Experience with multi-entity, multi-state consolidations, eliminations, intercompany transactions, and minority interest accounting Proven experience preparing and documenting accounting treatment for complex transactions Experience supporting external audits and implementing internal controls Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with Power BI and Power Query preferred Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred Experience leveraging technology and automation tools to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency If interested, apply directly, and also feel free to email your latest resume and your desired base salary requirements to Interested in hearing more?
