Overview As a Professional Surveyorwith Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in ourJohnson City, Tennesseeoffice,you’ll work alongside Senior Managers and Executives to grow and support an established survey practice.You'll lead the efforts in identifyingopportunities for growing the practice, lead businessdevelopmentand marketing efforts, and implement sales strategies to provide sustainable growth of the practice.You'll work with other practices within CEC to provide an integrated approach to addressing ourclient'sneeds.You'll provide technical oversight to include quality assurance and quality control of procedures and work product,and monitor field and office procedures to assure a high level of consistent work product and service. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians, fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture Oversee project quality and safety standards, ensuringaccuratedeliverables and efficientwork-flows Recruit and develop top talent to strengthen the practice and support long-term growth Collaborate with the current survey leadership team and other managers to identify new opportunities and expand services Support business development efforts through client engagement and integrated solutions Our Johnson City office sits in the heart of Northeast Tennessee, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Appalachian Mountains. Qualifications Registered Land Surveyor in Tennessee 10+ years of land surveying experience Demonstratedsuccessleadingbusiness development and client management efforts Experience leading and mentoring staff Experience working within a multidisciplinary consulting practice preferred Network of existing client is a plus About Us We have experts!
