Data Governance Manager

Focused on ensuring the integrity of People data, the full-time Data Governance Manager will manage data stewardship and governance, develop semantic models, and partner with AI delivery teams to support data readiness in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the Domain Data Steward, facilitating stewardship and ensuring data governance standards are met Develop and maintain the domain's business glossary and semantic model, ensuring traceability and compliance Partner with stakeholders to promote effective data management and support AI initiatives, ensuring data quality and lineage Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience in data governance or data management Experience in documenting business rules, data definitions, and governance processes Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition or People Services processes, with hands-on experience in relevant platforms (Avature or ServiceNow) Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Organized and delivery-focused, with a proven track record in managing complex initiatives
