Recruiting Coordinator — Flexible Time Off

BRINC is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to ensure a smooth recruiting process. You will coordinate interviews (onsite, remote, panel), be the primary candidate contact, and keep ATS records up to date, supporting events and ongoing hiring goals. You will partner with recruiters to track progress, follow up diligently, and maintain metrics.
