What You'll DoLead daily operations with energy and accountability.
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
Drive census growth and outstanding customer service.
Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes.
Manage budgets, labor, and financial performance.
Create a positive culture where employees feel valued and supported.
Partner with our regional team to remove barriers and move fast.
✔ Current Texas Nursing Home Administrator License
✔ Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing
✔ Strong operational and financial knowledge
