Job Summary The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Case Manager at Lake Granbury Youth Services in Granbury, Texas. This position is part of the LTC agency’s clinical team and will be responsible for implementing the Rite of Passage program for the youth served at this secure post‑adjudication facility. About LGYS Academy LGYS Academy is a secure post‑adjudication facility that provides comprehensive services to young men ages 13‑17. The program is trauma‑informed, strength‑based, and gender‑responsive. We employ rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions to empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility offers group, individual, and family therapy, on‑site schooling, individual dorm rooms, and extracurricular opportunities. Compensation Pay: Depending on level of education and experience – to be discussed in interview. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Company‑paid life insurance within 90 days 401(k) match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues Responsibilities The Case Manager is a key member of the clinical team implementing the Rite of Passage program. Responsibilities include: Administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs according to the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on the caseload. Serving as the primary program liaison between students, parents or legal guardians, other staff members, and placing agency officials. Providing progress notes and organizing and facilitating court hearings, probation officer visits, student visits, and home passes. Qualifications Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry. Meet the requirements to become an ROP‑eligible driver, including having a valid driver’s license. Schedule To be discussed in interview.
