What You'll Do as a Team Lead: As a Team Lead, you'll be the go-to person on shift. You'll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. You will:

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Lead and motivate team members
• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Help make pizzas and prepare food
• Handle cash and basic store operations
• Train and develop new team members
• Support daily store goals and standards

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, positive, customer-focused attitude, strong attendance and punctuality, basic math and cash-handling skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week, adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
