Oil & Gas Journeyman Electricians - Rotational - Accommodations Provided - North Slope, AK NANA Construction is seeking Journeyman Electricians to join their team on the North Slope, Alaska. These electricians will work rotationally in a remote, industrial oil & gas environment, installing and maintaining engineered electrical systems. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, experienced in industrial electrical work, and able to adapt to challenging conditions in a remote setting. Perks & Benefits Accommodations provided while on site Rotational work schedule Opportunity to work in the largest Oil & Gas Field in North America Competitive Wages Potential for travel throughout Alaska for various projects What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or ten (10) years Journeyman electrician experience Minimum one (1) year related experience Alaska Journeyman’s Fitness Card or appropriate reciprocal fitness card from another state Understanding of basic electrical theory and NEC Code Knowledge of power delivery systems Ability to travel throughout Alaska as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical demands of the job Steel toed boots required Valid identification for TSA security checkpoint travel What Will Make You Stand Out Previous North Slope experience Understanding of 1-line drawings, P&ID’s, and installation to drawing specification Experience installing 480V gear and transformers Familiarity with heat trace and heat trace components Experience with temporary power setups and wiring Medium voltage terminating experience Experience operating in classified areas and pouring classified TMC connections NFPA 70E training Driver’s License and acceptable driving record for company vehicle insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
