This role provides guidance and support across employee relations, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, talent initiatives, policy interpretation, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is a proactive, business-minded HR professional who can balance strategic partnership with hands‑on execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives Assist with leave management, accommodations, and related employee matters Analyze HR trends and metrics to support business decisions Foster positive employee relations and help build a strong workplace culture Participate in HR programs, special projects, and organizational initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to drive business success Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum three years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience handling complex employee relations matters and partnering with management Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar certification preferred Job Type: Contract-to-Hire preferred; direct hire may be considered for the right candidate Compensation Compensation is determined individually based on the experience, qualifications, and expertise each candidate brings to the role. Human Resources Business Partner: $90,000-$115,000 annually Senior Human Resources Business Partner: $105,000-$130,000 annually While the position is being advertised as a Human Resources Business Partner , both title and compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, demonstrated capabilities, and overall alignment with the role. This range is not a guarantee of a specific salary. Final compensation may vary based on education, certifications, experience, internal equity, budget approval, and other job‑related factors.
