Senior Property Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Property Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.

• Coordinate the investigation of property discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses for asset loss.

• Monitor property performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.

• Conducts specialized Property Reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater Mission Partners.

• Validate the technical accuracy of property reports and lead field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.

• Provide technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards in the Pacific AOR.

• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education)

• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

• Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for property discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).

• Experience with DoW technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.

• Certified Property Manager (CPPM).

Clearance Required:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
