PT - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist specializing in Acute Care. The ideal candidate will work directly with adult and geriatric patients, enabling them to achieve their rehabilitation goals in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Utilize adaptive devices and assistive technology to enhance patient mobility and independence. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide education to patients and families regarding care plans and rehabilitation goals. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 1 year of experience in Acute Care. Current NM Physical Therapy license (or pending approval). Certifications: BLS.
