Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider in the long‑term care industry, seeks a Full‑Time Physical Therapist to help patients recover and regain independence. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy treatments and monitor progress. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and refer patients for additional care as needed. Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and maintain a supportive work environment. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent advanced degree plus Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Minimum five years of progressively responsible PT experience for those holding only a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent. Location & Reporting Facility-based role reporting to the Director of Rehab. Compensation Posted salary range: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour. Bonus: $10,000.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr
