Dead Letter is a new restaurant concept from the girl & the fig, located on the Sonoma Square. We are currently hiring Bussers to join our opening team. Dead Letter reflects our continued focus on thoughtful food, strong team culture, and a commitment to quality in every part of the guest experience. About the Role We are seeking team members for front‑of‑house positions who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a collaborative service team. These roles are essential to daily operations and focus on providing a consistent, welcoming guest experience in a fast‑paced environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, team‑oriented, and committed to thoughtful, attentive service. Pay & Schedule $18.47/hour + tips Full‑time and part‑time positions available PM availability Wednesday through Sunday What You’ll Be Doing You’ll support both front‑of‑house service and overall dining room operations, including: Clearing, resetting, and preparing tables for incoming guests Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Assisting servers with water service and table maintenance Restocking flatware, glassware, and service stations Supporting team members to ensure smooth and timely service Contributing to a positive and welcoming guest experience Required Experience & Skills Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed Ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately Certifications California Food Handler Certification (required or ability to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA/HSA) Paid sick time Employee meals and dining discounts Employee Assistance Program and wellness resources the girl & the fig, LLC is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
