TeamHealth is seeking an experienced, per diem advanced practice clinician to join our hospital medicine nocturnist team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts, with the opportunity to also support Saint Vincent Hospital on a per diem basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurse practitioners or physician assistants who enjoy nocturnal hospital medicine, value flexibility, and are interested in working across two established inpatient programs within a collaborative team environment.

Position Highlights

• Night shift inpatient hospital medicine role
• Collaborative practice with on-site or readily available physician support
• Opportunity to work across multiple hospitals for added flexibility and volume

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to adult medical patients during the overnight shift
• Admissions, cross-cover, and acute patient management
• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• NP or PA with inpatient HM experience
• Comfortable managing acute medical issues independently overnight
• Current MA license (or ability to obtain)
• ACLS certification required
• Flexibility to work at both hospital sites preferred

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $90 to $100 hourly.
