• Intermittent weekend coverage
• 52 patients per shift
• Inpatient psychiatric unit
• Patient population: ages 10 to elderly
• Admissions required
• Rounding required -- both types
• FNP with 2+ years of experience required
• Ongoing coverage -- forecasted approximately one year
