What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive care to patients aged 10 and older in an inpatient psychiatric unit
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and follow-up visits
• Support patient stabilization and recovery
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and safety protocols
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to optimize patient care

What You Need

Required

• Valid Massachusetts RN license and FNP-BC certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in family medicine or mental health settings
• Ability to work independently and handle diverse patient cases
• Reliable transportation, as local candidates preferred

Preferred

• Experience in psychiatric inpatient care
• Prior credentialed status at Leonard campus or similar facilities
