What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients in an inpatient psychiatric unit
• Manage patients aged 10 and older, including elderly patients
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning independently in accordance with MA regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Document clinical findings accurately and efficiently
• Support facility expansion and provide stability for ongoing patient care needs

What You Need

• Board-certified FNP-BC with valid MA license to practice independently in the U.S.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family or psychiatric medicine
• Ability to operate independently and reliably commute to Natick, MA
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care
• Preferably credentialed at Leonard campus or willing to obtain credentialing
