We are looking for a compassionate full time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven team in Massachusetts. Compensation and Benefits: $259,000 - $270,000 plus full benefits package.

Requirements:

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (must obtain board certification within one year of start date)

• Active medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one before the start date)

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds

• Experience working with EHR and other clinical technologies

• High ethical standards and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidentiality

• Passion for serving underserved populations and improving community health

• Ability to thrive in a non-hierarchical, team-based setting

• Resilient and adaptable when managing multiple priorities

• Authorization to work in the United States
