Assignment Dates: November 11, 2026 – May 12, 2027

HPA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for a 26-week locum tenens Critical Care assignment at a leading academic medical center in Massachusetts .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ICU NP seeking flexible, ongoing weekend and night coverage in a highly supported academic environment. The NP will function as a responding clinician with no procedural or call requirements .

Top of Market – $111/hour

Assignment Highlights

• Dates: November 11, 2026 – May 12, 2027
• Pay: $111/hour, all-inclusive
• Holiday Pay: $155.40/hour
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Primary Need: Weekends and nights
• Preferred Commitment: 4 weekend shifts/month
• Minimum Commitment: 2 weekend shifts/month
• Friday nights count as weekend shifts
• Provider does not need to work 3 × 13-hour shifts every weekend
• No call
• No procedures
• Setting: Adult ICU / academic teaching hospital
• Unit: 10 beds
• Average Census: Approximately 7
• EMR: Epic
• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Travel expenses are not provided
