The facility operates as a primary care clinic delivering outpatient services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and on-site infrastructure to support consistent care delivery. Clinical workflows are organized to address the primary care needs of the patient population served.

The surrounding region offers clinicians access to a range of historical, cultural, and recreational attractions. Outdoor activities, coastal scenery, and year-round events are available throughout the area. Clinicians may also explore regional dining, arts venues, and day trip destinations within the broader surrounding area.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site primary care clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements. The expected caseload is 14 patients per day, structured as 7 patients in the morning and 7 in the afternoon, with 1 hour of administrative time allotted for every 4 hours worked. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups, with a majority adult patient population. A valid state nurse practitioner license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment, with a credentialing timeframe of 7 days and 1 reference required.
