Medical Assistant
$24 per hourKMG Healthcare
Immediate Medical Assistant contractposition available for our physician practice group in Roslyn/East Hills. Experience with primary care or cardiology a plus!
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr Work Schedule:- 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Obtain the patient's medical history and document in the electronic medical record
- Medical chart review, assisting providers, rooming patients, taking patient vital signs, EKG, and preparation of exam rooms
- Patient check in/check out, as needed
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- MA experience in office setting required
- BLS Certification
- Be able to multi-task and provide compassionate patient care
- EPIC system experience a plus
