Loan Servicing Specialist

The organization offers loan products, business consulting services, and investment opportunities across Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas. Position Summary Provide customer service to the borrower from the beginning to the end of the loan term. Review and submit loan documents to ensure they meet closing conditions and comply with guidelines, policies, and procedures. Coordinate the closing schedule with the title company and provide settlement documents for review and approval. Job Responsibilities and Competencies Perform Tickler Report maintenance changes for collateral, financial, tax returns, insurance, UCC searches, contracts, etc.; record additions, modifications, and deletions accurately. Monitor delinquent taxes by reviewing Tax Service reports; prepare letters to customers, update contact logs, maintain support, and report findings to the Portfolio Manager; certify processes quarterly. Manage, assist, and respond to internal and external customer inquiries via telephone or email in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain, prepare, and track UCC continuation financing statements. Ensure the Tickler Report is updated to reflect appropriate dates for review. Monitor the Tickler Report and ensure UCC filings are properly tracked and reported to the Portfolio Manager, Senior Credit Officer, and Vice‑President. Prepare quarterly and annual reviews for the Portfolio Manager and Senior Credit Officer. Prepare loan documents. Conduct site visits to businesses. Minimum Qualifications and Competencies Education / Background: High School Diploma or GED; minimum of two years of experience in loan processing and accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of job experience and education is preferred. Other Requirements Must be able to work in the office three times a week. Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
