Tank & Vessel Welder (MIG / Stick) Direct Hire – Union Manufacturing Facility – Daylight & Afternoon Shift Openings TOPS Staffing is hiring experienced Welders for a direct hire opportunity with a long‑standing manufacturing company specializing in large industrial tanks, pressure vessels, and boiler‑related fabrication. The company is currently growing its production team and adding welders to support both daylight and afternoon operations. Schedule & Pay Daylight Shift – Monday‑Friday 6:30AM – 3:00PM Afternoon Shift – Monday‑Friday 3:00PM – 11:30PM Starting Pay: $25.60/hr. Candidates selected for afternoon shift will complete an initial training period on daylight shift before transitioning to their permanent schedule.
