Nursing Assistant Trainee Qualifications:

Current CNA certification or willingness to complete the Nurse Aide Training Program
CPR certification preferred
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and interested in starting a career in healthcare

Nursing Assistant Trainee Job Duties:

Assist residents with activities of daily living
Provide compassionate and respectful care
Follow state and federal guidelines
Follow facility policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with the nursing team

Cottonwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is currently hiring Nursing Assistant Trainees for our upcoming Nurse Aide Training Program!

The Next Class Begins October 5!

Lecture Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays
9:00 AM–12:00 PM

The six-week lecture portion of the program will begin October 5 and run through November 10 .

Students will also complete required skills training and clinical requirements as part of the Nurse Aide Training Program. Completion of the training program will prepare students to take the State Certification Test and pursue CNA certification.

Once certified, pay increases!

Candidates must be available and open to working weekends and holidays .
