As a Counterperson, Beertender, you'll be the face of Aviator Parmer Lane, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Taking orders and serving beverages with care and efficiency.
• Providing recommendations and sharing your knowledge about our beer selection.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter and serving areas.
• Handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assisting with restocking and inventory management as needed.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• A passion for craft beer and a willingness to share your knowledge with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
