Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical TelemetrySchedule: 12-hour night shifts; every other weekend required.Assignment Details: Contract length: 6 weeks. Guaranteed hours per week.Requirements:Current state nursing license required.1 year minimum clinical experience required.1 year experience in specialty required.BLS certification required; CMSRN preferred.NIHSS certification required prior to starting.Epic experience within the past 2 years required.Responsibilities:Provide patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan patient care.Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.Compliance / Notes: Parking details will be provided. Dress code includes scrubs in navy blue and white, with minimal jewelry and groomed hair.
