Smile Wrangler Wanted-Seeking a Full-Time Dental Patient Coordinator!

We're a friendly, patient-focused dental practice that believes great dentistry starts at the front desk. Our team works hard, laughs often, and treats every patient like a neighbor.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm, Friday half days to be determined

Compensation: $19-$23/hr plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting patients with a warm Texas welcome
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Managing patient records and insurance information
• Keeping the schedule organized and efficient
• Helping patients understand treatment plans and financial options
• Creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out

What We're Looking For

• 6 months of dental front office experience
• Friendly, upbeat personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
