Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct psychotherapy services to clients, employing evidence-based practices to address their mental health needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with multidisciplinary medical teams and family members.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and clinical consultations via telehealth and phone communications, ensuring prompt support during urgent situations.

• Engage in continuous program evaluation and participate in agency meetings to discuss clinical objectives and service delivery standards.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
\n
• Oversee the intern recruiting process, including interviewing, onboarding, and training, to support our agency goals.
\n
• Coordinate learning opportunities and professional development sessions for interns, ensuring they meet educational requirements.
\n
• Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to interns, helping them grow professionally within our organization.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Centralized Intake and clinical supervisors, to monitor and optimize intern case assignments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on adults, children, and families grappling with emotional and psychological issues, particularly those related to substance use problems. Our client population often experiences a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in helping these individuals develop coping strategies and pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current California Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Ability to offer telehealth services and provide a reliable Internet connection.

• Must be residing in the U.S. and be proficient in remote communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
