Job Title C / C++ Developer Location Onsite (Omaha, NE) Experience 5–7 years Role Overview We are seeking a C/C++ Developer (5 to 7 years) with strong experience in system-level and enterprise application development. The candidate will work on designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while working onsite in Omaha, NE. Must-Have Skills 5-7 years of experience Strong proficiency in C and C++ Experience with object-oriented design and programming Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management Experience with multithreading and concurrency Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments Experience debugging and optimizing performance-critical code Experience with build tools (Make, CMake) Ability to write effective unit tests Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers Nice-to-Have Skills Embedded systems development Networking protocols (TCP/IP, sockets) IPC mechanisms (shared memory, message queues) Scripting languages (Python, Shell) Containerization (Docker) Experience with real-time or low-latency systems Application Deadline 12/23/2025 Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $92,250 - $100,000, plus incentives.
