Patient Experience Navigator
Grady Memorial Hospital
Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA seeks a Patient Navigator to guide patients, families, and caregivers through the health system, removing barriers to access and treatment. You will support access to clinical and supportive care services with a focus on patient-centered care.
