Skills & Qualifications Current MBA or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Can work on multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Interest in HR planning and employee support.
