Packaging Technician

Now Hiring: Manufacturing AssociatesA Packaging Technician supports pharmaceutical production by packaging and labeling products while maintaining quality, safety, and cGMP compliance in a cleanroom environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory. All training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, label, and prepare orders according to customer and quality requirements.Verify product accuracy through inspections, counts, and quality checks.Complete production and inventory documentation using computer systems and data entry tools.Set up and close out packaging jobs, ensuring materials and paperwork are accurate and complete.Perform tasks in temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas as needed.Skill RecommendationsNo experience required; training provided.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Basic computer and data entry skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments and wear required PPE.Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.Additional Information:Opportunity for long-term growth and full-time benefits, including 401(k), upon hire.Multiple schedules available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.Clean, safety-focused pharmaceutical packaging environment.Work in temperature-controlled areas, including refrigerated and freezer environments.Paid training with opportunities to develop specialized skills.Required use of PPE and adherence to safety and quality standards.Requires standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Additional pay differentials available for certain refrigerated and freezer work assignmentsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
