Connecting with customers to provide exceptional service, the full-time Bilingual Remote Licensed Insurance Agent will assist individuals in understanding their healthcare coverage while working remotely and receiving paid training, licensing, and continuing education support. Key responsibilities Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting appropriate products and services Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including responding to inquiries and following up with customers Identify additional customer needs and recommend upgrades to products or services Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum six (6) months of sales experience with strong customer service skills Aptitude and self-discipline to learn and pass the state licensing exam High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer navigation skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
