Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children with developmental delays or disabilities.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families to define goals tailored towards enhancing each child’s growth.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that services align with client needs and federal and state regulations.
\n
• Provide essential support and resources to families, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to advocate for their children's development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment approaches to implement effective interventions.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members to promote a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges, guiding their families through the early intervention process. This enriched interaction not only enhances the child’s cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills but also supports the family unit in navigating complex emotional and developmental issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, accredited by relevant educational boards.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is necessary to facilitate visitations and meetings, as appropriate.

• Exceptional skills in communication, organization, and time management, enabling effective interactions with families and the interdisciplinary team.

• Strong commitment to natural learning environment practices, ensuring personalized and sensitive approaches to early intervention.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged, enhancing our service reach within the community.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position falls between USD 75,000 and 80,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
