Compensation & Perks

• Base salary up to $105,000

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and perform variance/fluctuation analysis
• Support and improve the monthly and quarterly close processes
• Assist with SEC filings and external reporting requirements
• Contribute to M&A integration and system implementation initiatives
• Execute ad hoc and recurring projects as business needs evolve

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience (Big Four or large regional firm preferred)
• CPA completed or in progress
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience with consolidations and variance analysis
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
