Job Description:

Education/ Certification Mandatory:

• Candidate must meet DOJ suitability/security requirements.
• If personally delivering legal advice, the individual must also satisfy the applicable attorney/DOJ Accredited Representative qualification and supervision rules.

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Demonstrated capability to coordinate multi-location legal-service operations, referrals, outreach, pro bono screening/matching/mentorship support, scheduling, stakeholder communications, service tracking, reporting, confidentiality/PII controls, and regional performance.

Education/Certifications Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, public administration, social services, nonprofit management or related field.
• J.D., full DOJ accreditation, or immigration legal-services training is highly advantageous where the role will provide substantive legal guidance.

Work Experience Nice to Have:

• National or multi-state immigration legal-services program; pro bono attorney network development; nonprofit/legal-aid partnerships; multilingual and trauma-informed service delivery; regional office stand-up; referral management; performance metrics and Federal reporting.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day regional operations across the eight LASRF offices and remote service channels.
• Manage referral intake, outreach and scheduling so eligible participants receive services within required timeframes.
• Screen Class Members requesting pro bono support and facilitate timely matches with qualified volunteer legal representatives.
• Coordinate mentorship and support for volunteer legal representatives and notify them of available program resources.
• Develop, recruit and sustain a qualified pro bono network and support training/competency activities.
• Track regional service delivery, pro bono hours, volunteer participation, referrals, outcomes, satisfaction and other required metrics.
• Coordinate monthly calls with regional offices and Government stakeholders, record notes and provide required follow-up.
• Support annual site visits, regional-office readiness, confidentiality/privacy controls and consistent application of approved procedures.
• Ensure trauma-informed interpretation is available when participants do not understand the language used for services.
• Escalate legal, privacy, service-quality, staffing and operational issues to the Program Manager and Lead Immigration Attorney.
