Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Job Title to strengthen our team in Location Position Title: Procurement Specialist Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Cincinnati, OH Position Summary We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist with 4-8 years of experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement to support procurement operations, supplier management, procurement process optimization, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing procurement transactions, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and driving operational excellence through Oracle Fusion applications. The role requires strong functional knowledge of Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) processes, supplier lifecycle management, and Oracle Fusion Procurement modules. Key Responsibilities Procurement Operations Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requisition creation through purchase order issuance and closure. Process and monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier quotations, and procurement transactions. Ensure procurement requests are fulfilled within agreed service levels. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement planning and execution. Track open orders and expedite deliveries when required. Oracle Fusion Procurement Support Support business users in Oracle Fusion Procurement processes and transactions. Configure and maintain procurement catalogs, items, suppliers, and purchasing documents. Manage procurement workflows, approvals, and purchasing controls. Participate in Oracle Fusion enhancements, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution. Assist in master data management activities related to suppliers and procurement records. Supplier Management Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and registration processes. Monitor supplier performance and compliance. Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Maintain supplier documentation and records. Assist in supplier evaluations and performance reviews. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency. Participate in procurement transformation and automation initiatives. Assist in policy implementation and process standardization. Ensure adherence to procurement governance and compliance requirements. Reporting & Analytics Prepare procurement performance reports and dashboards. Analyze procurement data, spend trends, and supplier performance metrics. Generate reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting tools. Support management with procurement insights and recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. Support issue resolution across procurement and payment processes. Conduct user training and provide functional knowledge support when required. Participate in business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or Procurement-related certifications are preferred. Experience 4-8 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Procurement Operations. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement. Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Experience working in enterprise ERP environments.
