Assist residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, personal hygiene, and grooming. Maintain clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment to protect resident health and safety. Assist with transportation and movement of residents around the facility when needed. Document and report resident vital signs and update the nursing team on physical and mental conditions. Follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable policies, rules, and regulations. Build relationships with residents to create a sense of security and trust. Communicate among staff, residents, and family members to support transparency and comfort. Qualifications and Skills Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing care procedures. Strong attention to detail. Effective communication and social skills.
