Most detailing ads promise "great pay" and "flexible hours" and then hand you a bucket and a pressure washer.

We're not that ad.

We're looking for a true craftsman : someone who can walk up to a salt-scarred, swirl-marked, sun-faded vehicle and bring back a finish that makes the owner stop mid-sentence. If you've ever caught yourself staring at a perfectly corrected hood under direct sunlight, you're the person we want.

What You Bring

• Deep, proven experience in both exterior and interior detailing
• Real paint correction skills : compounding, polishing, swirl and scratch removal, and knowing when a panel needs more and when it needs less
• Exterior wax and protection expertise : hand wax, sealants, and the finishing touches that make paint pop
• A professional presence : you show up on time, treat every car like it's your own, and talk to customers like the pro you are
• Motivated excitement to up-sell one-time details into our Showroom Shield Car Club creating unique proposals customized to what the customer wants (weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months, whatever)
• A portfolio, photos, or references that prove your work (we'd love to see it)

What You Get

• Pay based on your experience. Bring the skills, and we pay for them. No lowball "starting
  wage" games.
• Your own detailing van , fully stocked with state-of-the-art tools and equipment (polishers, extractors, steamers, pro-grade chemicals, water and power systems)
• Work in the Salt Lake Valley : Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, West Jordan, Murray, Millcreek, Holladay, and beyond
• A steady stream of customers who value quality work and are happy to pay for it
• Respect for your craft. We trust you to do the job right, and we won't rush you into cutting corners
• A team that cares about the quality of the work, not just the number of cars per day

Why Salt Lake Valley Needs You

Between winter road salt, high-desert sun, and dust that settles on everything, Utah is hard on a vehicle's finish. Our customers know it, and they're looking for someone who can restore and then provide continued protection of their investments. That someone could be you.

Ready to Roll?

If you're tired of ads that treat detailers like interchangeable labor, let's talk.

Send us:

1. A short intro about your experience
2. Photos of your best before-and-after work
3. How you fit the descriptions above
