- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
- Proficiency in designing scalable and maintainable solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps-driven practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Skill in collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Design, develop, and manage custom Salesforce solutions using various tools and technologies
- Create and oversee custom objects, triggers, integrations, and automation workflows
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, covering data modeling, security protocols, and governor limits
- Assist with data migrations, deployment activities, and release management
- Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues and production problems
- Conduct testing, documentation, and version control for platform reliability
- Work with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to clarify requirements and deliver optimal solutions
