BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE SUPPORT

Bakersfield, CA 93313 | $24–$30/hr DOE
Monday–Friday |8:00 AM–5:00 PM

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in QuickBooks, AP/AR, bookkeeping, data entry, and office support who wants to learn and grow with a company.

⭐ REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3yrs of recent Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
MUST HAVE QuickBooks and Excel proficiency
Construction or logistics experience preferred
Prevailing wage experience is a plus
Dependable, consistent, and hardworking

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Bookkeeping & Accounting

Perform bookkeeping and accounting support.

Reconcile accounts and review account expenditures.

Enter and maintain vendor invoices in QuickBooks.

Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Monitor accounts receivable and help ensure invoices are collected.

Handle high-volume data entry, including approximately 30 invoices per day.

Review financial information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Office Support

Answer phones and provide professional customer service.

Schedule appointments using Outlook Calendar.

Handle filing and general office administration.

Assist with permits and navigate city/county permitting websites.

Provide administrative support to the team as needed
