Nurse Practitioner Palliative CPOMThe Nurse Practitioner Palliative CPOM facilitates palliative care for Gentiva Palliative Care patients, ensuring a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and ethical, relevant judgment.
