$13 - $18 BOE Mancan Staffing has jobs in Sebring OH! 1st shift Candidate is responsible for drilling and tapping a blank sheet metal panel in accordance with supplied templates and mounting components onto the panel. This role requires attention to detail and a strong ability to work with various tools in a manufacturing environment.

Duties
Mark up blank panel for locations to drill and tap using a template.
Center punch holes with a center punch and hammer.
Check Bills of Material for correct parts before assembly.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
Inspect work before panel is passe on to next phase of the building process.
Collaborate with quality control, supervisors, and office staff.

Qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read templates and schematics effectively.
Proficiency in using tape measure, corded hand drill, screwdriver, and other basic hand tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
